Description of Peanut Cold Storage
1. Project details:
The specific parameters of the Peanut Cold Storage are as follows:
a. Cold storage size: 30m (length) × 25m (width) × 4.5m (height)
b. Cold storage temperature: 10 ℃
c. Cold storage goods: peanuts without shell
d: Storage capacity of cold storage: 1000Ton
2. After calculation, the chiller capacity of the cold storage is: 150kw
3. Refrigeration system description
(1). This project adopts: efficient refrigeration chilled water system.
a. The main refrigeration equipment of the high-efficiency chilled liquid refrigeration system is the water cooled chiller unit. After commissioning and testing in the factory, the whole chilled can be shipped to customer. The low failure rate also reduces the difficulty of on-site construction.
b. The refrigerant pipes of the high-efficiency refrigeration chilled water system are mainly concentrated in the chiller. There is no need to install refrigerant pipes on the site, reducing the risk of leakage, and it is easy to check even if a leakage occurs.
c. Because the high-efficiency refrigeration chilled water system has a good heat exchange effect of the chilled water and the state temperature, the air cooler in the warehouse can use air defrosting + electric heating defrosting, saving a lot of operating costs.(Electric heating defrosting is auxiliary, and it is turned on when the icing condition of the cooler is serious)
d. The chiller comes with three independent refrigeration systems, which can be used as backup systems for each other. The failure of any system will not affect the normal operation of other systems.
e. The failure rate of refrigeration chilled water system is low, and the service life is far beyond the fluorine refrigeration system.
a. Selection of chiller
Select a large temperature difference water-cooled three-parallel water chiller (design condition: -5℃ / 40℃, evaporator in/outlet temperature: 0℃/10℃,evaporative temperature: -5℃ )
Model: 40STD-FM600WDDH4, three independent refrigeration systems in parallel for one chiller (one of which is a standby system)
Total Cooling capacity 249kw, operating power: 77.4kw, cop: 3.2.
b. Selection of Cooling tower
The cooling tower uses a round type countercurrent cooling tower: the cooling water flow is 70m³/h, and the power is 1.5kw.
c. Selection of air cooler in the warehouse
In the warehouse uses six copper tube aluminum sheet air coolers: cooling capacity 40kw, water flow 3.5m³/ h, power 2.2kw
d. Selection of water pump
The chilled water pump use two vertical water pumps (one for use and one for standby): water flow 25m³/ h, head 32m, power 4kw
The cooling water pump uses two vertical water pumps (one for use and one for standby): water flow 22.3m³/ h, head 16m, power 2.2kw
4. Description of other accessories
1). The selection and configuration of other accessories are based on relevant standards and design specifications.
2) All the valves, instruments and automatic control components of the refrigeration system adopt Freon special products.
3) The system pipes are all seamless steel pipes, and the cooling water pipes and defrosting drainage pipes are PVC pipes.
4) The pipeline insulation uses rubber and plastic insulation, which is convenient for construction operation and short in construction period.
5) Refrigerant: R134a, refrigeration oil: special oil for refrigeration unit.
Description of the cooling storage insulation
First. Overview of cold storage insulation
(1)External dimensions of cold storage: cold storage size: 30m (length) × 25m (width) × 4.5m (height)
(2)The cold storage wall panels and roof panels are made of polyurethane double-sided color steel plates, and the ground insulation is made of extruded plastic panels.
(3)The cold storage door adopts manual sliding door, the size is 1800mm * 2500mm * 75mm.

The top and outer wall of the refrigerator are made of 75mm, 0.426mm thick B2 grade double-sided color steel polyurethane board, external protection color steel plate, color steel plate thickness is 0.426mm, polyurethane bulk density is (40 ± 2) kg / m3. The ground is made of 100mm thick extruded plastic board, each extruded plastic board is 50mm thick, and the extruded plastic boards are spliced in the form of staggered overlap.

Third、Technical Information of Insulation Board
1. Double-sided color steel polyurethane1) The inner and outer panels are colored steel plates. The thickness of the color steel plate is 0.426mm. The color steel film coating is non-toxic, non-odorous, and corrosion-resistant, in line with food hygiene standards.
2) The bonding strength between the panel of the heat insulation board and the heat insulation material is ≥2.0kg / cm².
3) Overall performance of heat insulation board
a) The surface of the heat insulation board is kept flat and smooth, without warpage, scratches, bumps, uneven uneven defects.
b) There is no exposed insulation material on the joint surface of the heat insulation board, and the convex and concave defects on the joint surface are less than 1.5mm.
4) There are measures to prevent cold bridges where the thermal insulation wallboard meets the ground.

b) The heat-insulating boards that make up the library body are integrated along its height, without horizontal mid-direction joints.
c) Tube wells and gaps between cold storage, cold storage and floors should be insulated and waterproofed.
d) Take measures to reduce the "cold bridge" effect on the lifting point structure of the ceiling of the reservoir, and seal the holes at the lifting points.

System advantages:

2.Refrigeration equipment chooses three parallel chillers with large temperature difference. 4. The refrigerating medium exchanges heat with the air temperature in the cold storage through the cooler, and the temperature of the cold storage is stable.
